1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using DomainGuard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of service

DomainGuard provides an enterprise browser extension and cloud management platform that allows IT administrators to enforce corporate email domain policies on managed devices. The Service includes:

5. Payment and billing

DomainGuard subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing payment information you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

If payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to retry. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our cancellation policy.

6. Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No payment information is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. Trial accounts that are not converted to paid subscriptions will be automatically deactivated.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.

7. Intellectual property

DomainGuard and all related software, content and materials are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service.

8. Your data

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to our data practices as described in that policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to deploy the DomainGuard extension on employee devices and that your use of the Service complies with applicable employment and data protection laws.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomainGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from security vulnerabilities.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe may cause harm to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
